Hello!
It’s been quite the jam-packed year so far!
Our youngest member of the Cuckoo Mill Family, Beth, left us for a few months to go travelling to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand with her ‘partner in crime’, Emrys. They had the time of their lives – even sky-dived but accidentally forgot to mention that bit to us beforehand!
Beth’s sister – Emily and fiance Carwyn are getting married in August home here in Pembrokeshire. Like with any wedding – more hands make light work! Especially when you’re celebrating in a marquee in a field afterwards!
Mama Cuckoo Mill is being kept busy – she’s just completed a big task of peeling 45kg red onion to make E&C’s caramelised red onion chutney for the wedding day. No small job indeed.
Don’t forget to join us every Friday at Haverfordwest Farmers’ Market, 1st & 3rd Saturday at Aberystwyth, 2nd Saturday at the Mumbles and the last Saturday of each month at the Uplands.
